Site work and renovation of a civil project in Heber Springs, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Major requirements associated with this project are: 1. the installation of a mechanically cleaned bar screen 2. the construction of a vortex grit removal chamber and installation of vortex grit removal equipment and ancillaries 3. the construction of a wetwell/drywell raw wastewater pump station 4. the construction of a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) basin and installation of SBR equipment, piping, and ancillaries 5. the construction of a UV Disinfection channel and installation of UV Disinfection equipment and ancillaries 6. the construction of an effluent Parshall Flume channel and installation of FRP Parshall Flume with level transducer 7. the installation of all yard piping 8. mobilization and demobilization 9. clearing, grubbing, earthwork, seeding, and erosion control 10. site grading and chain link fencing 11. electrical and controls work 12. miscellaneous appurtenances 13. safety systems 14. items of construction work and/or materials not specifically addressed herein, but nonetheless required for a complete, operating, and acceptable installation of the work, shall be considered subsidiary to the lump sum bid item, and the cost thereof shall be considered to be included.
