The project is expected to be awarded on May 7,2025.** The Project consists of survey monument preservation, milling existing asphalt concrete pavement to a depth of 2", installation of conventional asphalt concrete leveling course as needed, installation of a stress absorbing membrane interlayer (SAMI) with 3/8" aggregate over the milled surface, placement of 2" asphaltic concrete overlay surfacing over the SAMI, traffic striping and markings, sewer manhole rehabilitation, and traffic control. Scope of Work The work shall be done in conformance with the Plans and Specifications for the Project. The Project includes the following major tasks: 1. Mill and overlay of existing asphalt concrete pavement 2. Pavement marking and striping per CAMUTCD. Bidders shall take notice hereto that the Engineer's Cost Estimate for the construction of the work is nine hundred twenty seven thousand, and one hundred thirty-four dollars ($927,134). The overall construction contract duration is sixty (60) working days from the Notice to Proceed.
