**As of January 07, 2025, This project has been awarded to Hazard Construction Engineering, LLC , with the awarded amount of $12,443,593.10.** Job no. 2021-041-00 Federal Transit Administration Project No. CA-2024-052 Engineer's Estimate for the project is: $10,420,000 Issue Notice to Proceed Friday, February 14, 2025 Construction Begins Monday, February 24, 2025 Construction Ends Monday, February 23, 2026 Pre-Con Meeting Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. RFI's for Clarification Due to ICTC Friday, December 2, 2024, by 5:00 P.M. The project is primarily located along the south side of 3rd Street between Heffernan and Rockwood Avenues. The work shall consist of demolition (including buildings), earthwork, underground utilities, installation of pavement, storm drain water quality management, site landscaping, and the construction of the Driver Breakroom/Security Building and shade structures, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Also included are bulb-out improvements at the intersections of 3rd Avenue/Rockwood Avenue and 3rd Avenue/Heffernan Avenue, and improvements to the sidewalk along the east side of Rockwood Avenue, south of the project site. The DBE Contract goal for this project is 10 percent. A Bid Security shall accompany the Bid in the form of a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond for ten (10) percent of the Total Bid amount
