Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence Township, New Jersey. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Sealed bids for the project known as Bid No. 21-08 "2021 Concrete, Drainage and Safety Improvements. The bid shall provide for the removal and replacement of 785 sy concrete sidewalk in various locations including the Municipal Complex and 600 LF concrete curb throughout the Township. The work under this contract also includes removal and replacement of 60 SY reinforced concrete apron at the Lawrence Road Firehouse (1260 Lawrence Road) and other miscellaneous items as set forth in the specifications. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on July 20, 2021, subject to the availability of funds in the 2021 Adopted Budget and 2021 Capital Plan. Construction shall commence on or about August 2, 2021. The completion of the project shall be forty-five (45) working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed by October 1, 2021. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 -1 et seq.
