The proposed work includes: Road 250 Installation of a 72" diameter x 112' long CMP Culvert including Rock Blanket and Road Aggregate. This is a public works' project in the State of Missouri. Missouri's Prevailing Wage Law establishes a minimum wage rate for public works' projects in Missouri valued over $75,000. If bid value is applicable to this, the minimum wage rates for this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth in the bid proposal. Certified payroll shall be submitted for each employee and approved on a weekly basis. Safety Training Program - Bidders are informed that the project is subject to the requirements of Section 292.675 RSMo., pertaining to on-site employees completing a course in construction safety and health approved by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Enrollment in Federal Work Authorization Program - Bidders are informed that, pursuant to Section 285.530 RSMo., the successful bidder shall, by sworn affidavit and provision of documentation, affirm its enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program with respect to the employees working in connection to the contracted services.
