Project is currently in pre-construction phase and is tentatively scheduled to start first quarter 2022. __________________ From original RFP: The City of Wilsonville is seeking proposals from qualified firms (Proposers) to provide construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) services for construction for the Willamette River Water Treatment Plant (WRWTP) Expansion/Upgrade Project to expand the plant's maximum capacity from 15 to 20 million gallons per day (mgd) as well as make improvements to life-safety, seismic, electrical and operations and maintenance (O&M). Long-term planning for a future expansion to 30 mgd is also being addressed. The goal for this Project is to complete all construction by June 2023. Project Completion Date: 06/30/2023
