The City of Wilsonville invites interested individuals and firms to submit proposals for Kiva Building Roof Renovation and Replacement for the Public Works Operations Complex (CIP 8153). The project locations is 29796 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, OR 97070. Site Directions: Kiva Building, 29796 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, OR 97070 The project Scope of Work consist of: 1. Removal and replacement of approximately two-thirds of the existing roof trusses that have been discovered to be deficient of damaged. 2. Removal and replacement of all existing roofing systems. 3. Removal and replacement of existing roof sheathing affected by the roof truss replacement. 4. Removal and replacement of all existing ceilings affected by the roof truss replacement. 5. Removal and replacement of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems affected by the roof truss replacement. 6. Performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents. Final contract aware will occur August 15, 2022.
