Renovation of a water / sewer project in West Whiteland Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

**As of August 30, 2021, project has not been awarded. Notice is hereby given that West Whiteland Township is soliciting bids for: Clover Mill Pump Station Electrical Modifications (Prevailing Wages Are In Effect). Work includes installation of new electric service, motor control center, power panel, level/flow monitoring, new LED lighting, exhaust fans and unit heaters. The project also includes installation of new generator (provided by Township) and equipment access platform. Refer to Section 01 1100 of the contract specifications for a summary of work 3. Start Date/Completion Date: a) Notice to Proceed (NTP) is anticipated by September 1, 2021 b) All work shall be completed within nine (9) months from NTP. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 7/12/2021 5:00 PM
