Site work for a water / sewer project in South Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Town of Palm Beach is soliciting bids from a qualified Electrical Contractors or General Contractors (that has a Certified Electrical Subdivision, or able to subcontract a Certified Electrical contractor) that is also an FPL (Florida Power and Light) certified vendor, for the scope of TOWN-WIDE OVERHEAD UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING PROGRAM - PHASE FIVE, NORTH AND SOUTH. All bids should be submitted online through e-bidding platform. Suppliers may start to work on their bid, save the work and come back latter to continue working on their bid, and Negometrix will save their work. Suppliers, who started the bid, are not obligated to submit. After the deadline, if bid has been submitted, the proposal will constitute an irrevocable offer for a period of six (6) months. Once opened, proposals become a record of the Town. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award the contract to that proposer whose proposal best complies with the bid specifications. No proposer may withdraw their bids for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
