Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Thornville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,233-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Sealed bids will be received by Walnut Township until 7:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at the Walnut Township Office, 11420 Millersport Rd., Millersport, OH 43046 and opened and read immediately thereafter for all labor, material, and services necessary for the Walnut Township Community Safe Room, as described in the Contract Documents. A Pre-bid Meeting is scheduled for 10:30 AM., local time, on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at Walnut Township, 11420 Millersport Rd., Millersport, OH 43046. A tour of the project site will occur after the meeting. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. All bids must be accompanied by a completed Bid Form and completed Bid Guaranty Contract Bond Form as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Township reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
