Renovation of a municipal facility in Temple Terrace, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing Tree Tops lift station and the replacement of approximately 2,800 LF of force main. The force main will be rerouted into the SWFWMD easement adjacent to the Tree Tops lift station site. The lift station rehabilitation includes replacing all pumps, wet well piping, fittings, valves, concrete top slab, and lining the existing wet well. Tree Tops Lift Station is located at 8124 Tom Sawyer Drive, Temple Terrace, FL 33637.
