The City of Temple Terrace, FL is issuing an Invitation to Bid No. 25-003 for the Lift Station River Run Rehabilitation Summary of Work A. The project includes the replacement of submersible pumps, internal piping, electrical control, instrumentation, generator, and replacing the valve vault with above ground piping and valves. Site improvements include installation of new chain link fence, access gate, and covering the entire site with concrete. The existing wet well and receiving manhole to be cleaned, repaired as needed, and relined. Contractor must inspect existing pipe between receiving manhole and wet well to determine if lining is needed for rehabilitation. Existing odor control units, gravity pipelines and forcemain are to remain. B. All work activities shall be required to be in accordance with the permits issued by the respective agencies. All work performed will be required to be done while maintaining the functional operation of the existing Park. C. All materials, equipment, skills, tools, and labor which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work and in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these Specifications or Drawings shall be furnished and installed by the CONTRACTOR without additional compensation, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. D. The City of Temple Terrace Engineering Standards Manual (Latest Edition) is incorporated by reference into these specifications. Contractor shall be aware that adherence to Standards in the Manual and as described herein shall be required. Should there be any conflicting information between these two documents, then the more stringent Standard shall be utilized. E. Repair, replace, or otherwise settle with the OWNER or OWNER'S Representative, if damage to property or existing facilities occurs, including damage to pavements, buildings, utilities, structures, etc. F. Construct the Project under a Lump Sum Contract
