Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Centreville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of July 29, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Town of Centreville is accepting sealed bids from qualified and interested building contractors for the following project: Provide new standing seam metal roof (26 ga. PBR panels) with wrapped facias and soffits, on new trusses and purlins, truss plate, open shed header beam and support piers and footings to the Spray Field Farm 30 x 108 Equipment Shed, and Provide new siding, roof gutters, downspouts and leaders to Watson Road Warehouse Building at 101 Waterway. The contractor is free to bid on a single project only or both projects as this option is equally acceptable to the town. The Town of Centreville reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, to waive any requirements and to accept all or part of any proposal considered to be in the best interest of the TOWN. Award of the contract is subject to the approval of the Town Manager and Town Council of Centreville. Michael C.
