Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Community Development Authority of the City of Madison (CDA) will be replacing a pumping unit and hydraulic cylinder in its elevator at the Village on Park at 2300 S. Park Street, Madison WI. The CDA is soliciting bids from licensed elevator contractors for services relating to this work. Proposed services are described in the Request for Bid (RFB) Identifier# RFB 10041-0-2021-KK, which includes the Bid instructions, Bid Documents and Contracting Requirements attached thereto. Questions regarding the RFB should be directed to Kris Koval at kkoval@cityofmadison.com. involves work related to the replacement of the existing power unit and underground hydraulic jack on a 1968 vintage Dover hydraulic passenger elevator. The Property is owned by the CDA.
