The proposed Moroni City Culinary Well Improvements 2021 project includes: furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor to: drill, check alignment, install casing, seal, develop, perform pumping tests, install pitless unit and well pump, column piping, power cables, and pump control equipment, and the installation of all discharge pipe from well building. This project is funded by DIVISION OF DRINKING WATER BOARD. The prevailing rate of wages, as determined by the U.S. Secretary of Labor, in accordance with the DavisBacon act, shall be paid for each craft or type of labor needed to perform the contract. This is also an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) project. Bidders on this project will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11518, 11246, and 11375, as well as other Federal Regulations indicated in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. This is a federally funded project. All bidders are required to make the six good faith efforts to assure compliance with the State's "fair shar goals" and are required to comply with EEO regulations. The Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) goals and the Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) fair share goals for this Contract are 5.1% and 6.9% respectively. Small business participation is also solicited. AIS standards requirements also apply.
