As of October 2021, a prime contractor has been awarded. It is unclear when construction will begin at this time. The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required for the rehabilitation of site paving, drainage, site lighting, underground utilities, and landscaping throughout the park, the Fountain Plaza and the Playland Pool Parking Lot.
