Contract No. O1b- Site Work (Osborn) Requests for Information All Pre-bid Requests for Information (Rfi) or Clarification Must Be Submitted No Later Than Friday, February 21, 2025 @ 2:00pm. Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by Security in the Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, in the Form and Subject to the Conditions Stipulated in the Information to Bidders. No Bidders Shall Withdraw His/her Bid Within Forty-five Days (45) After the Formal Opening Thereof. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities in Any Proposals, or to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Advertise for New Proposals. The Accepted Low Bidder(S) Will Be Required to Furnish a One Hundred Percent (100%) Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Produce All Insurance in Amounts Not Less Than Specified Under the General Conditions and Special Provisions.
