Question Acceptance Deadline 07/07/2021 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Pricing No Pricing The respondent’s efforts associated with administrative management of the Project will include scheduling and facilitating meetings, as needed, including preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes. Providing bi-weekly project updates either via phone or email. Preparation and submittal of monthly invoices, schedule and budget updates, project status reports, decision log, and other communications as required to document/communicate project status. Status reports and decision log shall be submitted electronically with the monthly invoice. Schedules shall be prepared and submitted in Microsoft Project (.mpp) format. The consultant will also prepare a Project Management Plan (PMP) to include, at a minimum, the following elements: • Scope • Budget • Permitting requirements • Outside agency coordination • Schedule – tasks, meetings, milestones, delivery dates, identify the critical path items • Regular weekly/monthly meetings and milestones • Expectations of City (City input, documents to be provided, coordination required, etc.) • Team structure, including subconsultants • Team member contact information • QA/QC plan, including specific names and locations of technical reviewers • Bidding Assistance • Services During Construction Project SBE Objective: 10% CONTRACTOR SBE PARTICIPATION Project descriptions and references from at least three projects with similar size, type, and scope. These projects should demonstrate the experience of the project team and need to have been completed during the past seven years. The descriptions should include whether the project was completed on time and within budget per the original schedule and budget; any discrepancies should be explained. As part of the SBE Program, contracts over $250,000 awarded to large businesses by the City’s Office of Purchasing Service shall require that the large business use a good faith effort to award no less than 10% of their subcontracting dollars to SBEs, if they plan to subcontract any portion of the work. This Program does not apply to large businesses that will perform 100% of the contract work with their own workforce without using any sub-consultants and or to the top ranked successful firm that has self-certified themselves as a small business enterprises.
