Site work for an educational facility in Hooper, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
This project consist of trenching and installing in (1-1/4" conduit) a "Two wire system" operated by Rainbird IQ. This system will replace the existing "conventional wire system". Wire will run from the controller to each valve bank to run all existing control valves. Integrated grounding system will be installed to manufacturers specifications using LXIVMSD: IVM-SD provides surge protection on the 2-Wire path (One every 500ft or 15 field devices) with grounding rod in 10" round box. Contractor will supply Rainbird EspLxivm Controller with the IQ-NCC: Network Communication Cartridge. Contractor will be installing LXIVMSOL: DC latching solenoid that Interfaces with LX-IVM to control station valves and master valves. Contractors will be responsible for their own measurements. Contractor will also be responsible to repair any damage to main and lateral irrigation lines during the trenching process The Board of Education, Weber School District, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes or any portion thereof and to waive any abnormalities during the bidding process as the District deems to be in their best interest. Low bid is no way binding upon our district and final selection and honoring of the bids will be made by our office.
