The State of Utah, Division of Purchasing has issued this RFSQ to obtain statements of qualifications from companies interested in providing Arc Flash Analysis and Electrical Studies with the intent to establish an open-ended approved vendor list. Vendors approved during this process will be prequalified for a period of 12 months after which time an approved vendor must resubmit qualifications for evaluation and renewal. The State retains the right to reopen the solicitation to allow additional vendors to submit responses at any time, but no longer than every twelve months, during the term of this open-ended approved vendor list. The RFSQ can be reopened for any reason the State deems appropriate. The Division of Facilities and Construction Management, and possibly other end users, is seeking qualifications and technical proposals for Utah State Building Arc Flash Analysis and Electrical Studies from Electrical Engineering and Design Build Consulting firms to furnish the State of Utah with an arch flash analysis and labeling study as well as possible other electrical studies for statewide owned building The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
