Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
All questions must be in writing and addressed to Ty Hamer, Community Services Director, at ty.hamer@cityoffortmorgan.com. The cutoff date and time for questions is Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Ty Hamer at (970) 370-6563 to verify receipt of questions. It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to check the website regularly for any and all updates and additional documentation that may be posted. Bids must be properly signed, and any addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted. The City's Procurement Policy is available for review in the Municipal Code, Chapter 4, Article 6, Procurement and Contract Program. The link to this policy can be found on the city's website and in the bid description under Questions.
