Project Summary: This project consists of the replacement of approximately 400-feet of 48-inch diameter underground pipe. All questions must be in writing and addressed to Doug Linton, Utilities Director at doug.linton@cityoffortmorgan.com. The cutoff date and time for questions is Monday, December 4, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Doug Linton at (970) 542-3901 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. The awarded Contractor must provide a Performance and Payment Bond, in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the next acceptable Bid Price, with a corporate surety approved by the Owner, will be required for the faithful performance of the Contract; provided the Bid Price exceeds $10,000.00. Maintenance Bond. The awarded Contractor must provide a two-year, 20% Maintenance Bond or Letter of Credit to cover defective workmanship as required for this project. Proposed Schedule/Workplan. Provide tentative timeline with milestone, methodology, expectations from the City (e.g. staff, data, etc.). The projects are expected to be substantially completed no later than April 1, 2024.
