All questions must be submitted to Doug Linton, Director of Utilities, via e-mail at doug.linton@cityoffortmorgan.com. The cutoff date and time for questions is Friday, December 15, 2023, at 9:00 am. It is the responsibility of respondents to contact Doug Linton at (970) 542-3901 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. Miscellaneous: The City's Procurement Policy is available for review in the Municipal Code, Chapter 4, Article 6, Procurement and Contract Program. The link to this policy can be found on the city's website and in the bid description under Questions. The Contractor shall provide professional, high-quality janitorial services to maintain the buildings in a neat, clean, and orderly condition to the satisfaction of the City. Housekeeping services are to be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., excluding City Holidays, unless otherwise directed and/or approved by the City (such as floor crew, etc.).
