2024 On-Call Concrete Installation Services Questions: All questions must be in writing and addressed to Jim Willis, Streets Superintendent, by email at jim.willis@cityoffortmorgan.com. The cutoff date and time for questions is Friday, January 19, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Jim Willis at (970) 542-3987 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. Withdrawal. Bid(s) may be withdrawn up to the date and time set for closing upon written, faxed or e-mailed notice to the City. Negligence upon part of the bidder in preparing their bid(s) shall not constitute a right to withdraw a bid(s) subsequent to the bid opening. A conditional or unqualified bid may be cause for rejection.
