Project Summary: The project generally consists of seven (7) separate projects A-G involving one or more contractors relining aging clay tile sanitary sewer mains without the necessity of open cut excavation. Project A - Between Aurora St. & Euclid St from W. Platte Ave. to W. 7th Ave., 820-feet of 8" Sewer Main Project B - Between West St. and Walnut St. from W. Platte Ave. to W. 8th Ave., 1,430-feet of 8" Sewer Main Project C - Between Walnut St. and Maple St. from W. Platte Ave. to W. 8th Ave. 1,250-feet of 8" Sewer Main Project D - Between Maple St. and Deuel St. from W. Platte Ave. to W. 8th Ave. 1,250-feet of 8" Sewer Main Project E - Between State St. and Prospect St. from W. Platte Ave. to W. 8th Ave. 1,260-feet of 8" Sewer Main Project F - Between Carol St. and Diana St. from E. 9th Ave. to Fremont Ave. 330-feet of 8" Sewer Main Project G - 1100 Blk of Linda St. at E. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. Pre-bid Meeting: No pre-bid meeting Performance and Payment Bond. There is no Performance or Payment Bond required for this project. Maintenance Bond. The awarded Contractor must provide a two-year, 20% Maintenance Bond or Letter of Credit to cover defective workmanship and materials as required for this project. Proposed Schedule/Workplan. Provide tentative timeline with milestone, methodology, expectations from the City (e.g. staff, data, etc.). The projects are expected to be substantially completed no later than September 1, 2024. Prospective Bidders may bid on a single project or all projects. The bid may be awarded to more than one Bidder. Projects may be awarded individually or in whole based on the lowest responsible bid.
