Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.

The proposed project will upgrade and update the men's and women's bathroom/locker room at the Fort Morgan Police Department. The project includes removal/replacement of current lockers, installation of new shower stall, new flooring, converting toilets to a floor mount, replacing counter tops and sinks and various other elements. The awarded Contractor must provide a Performance and Payment Bond, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the negotiated Price, with a corporate surety approved by the Owner, will be required for the faithful performance of the Contract; provided the Contract Price exceeds $10,000.00. The awarded Contractor must provide, maintain and carry, and keep in full forces and effect current Workman's Compensation Insurance verification and proof of general liability insurance, with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in coverage, naming the City of Fort Morgan as an additional insured with the executed Bond form for himself and all subcontractors The City reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Contractor fails to satisfy the City that such Contractor is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract and to complete the work contemplated herein.
