Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and museum.
This project will consist of the repair/replacement of the three (3) flat roof areas of the Fort Morgan Library/Museum. All questions must be in writing and addressed to Matt Underwood, Director of Community Services, at matt.underwood@cityoffortmorgan.com. The cutoff date and time for questions is Thursday, July 24, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Matt Underwood to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. The awarded Contractor must provide a two-year, 20% Maintenance Bond or Letter of Credit to cover defective workmanship and materials as required for this project. However, all work to be performed under this Contract shall be completed no later than December 31, 2024. The City of Fort Morgan reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any or all bid. The City reserves the right to cancel or modify this solicitation at any time. Interested parties are advised to monitor the website for any updated information released after initial distribution of this RFB.
