Project Summary and Proposal Document Information: The City of Fort Morgan will select a consultant team to prepare a Feasibility Study and provide Concept Design Services for an indoor Aquatic Facility addition to the existing Fieldhouse Building. The project will include all initial project planning, needs assessment, findings and visioning workshop/conceptual architectural design, operations assessment and cost analysis, and presentations necessary to take this project to a vote by the City of Fort Morgan in 2025. All questions must be in writing and addressed to Matt Underwood, Director of Community Services, at matt.underwood@cityoffortmorgan.com. The cutoff date and time for questions is August 7, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Matt Underwood at (970) 370-6576 to verify receipt of questions. No Pre-Bid Meeting The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any and all informalities or irregularities therein. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
