Site work for a power facility in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
The project is for a bid on material at our new Excel Substation Expansion Power Transformer. The transformer will be the main power transformer for the City of Fort Morgan, Excel Substation Expansion. The substation address is 20031 County Road R, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. All questions must be in writing and addressed to Tyler Swaney, Cross Canyon Engineering, at tyler.swaney@crosscanyonengineering.com. The cutoff date and time for questions is November 12, 2024. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Tyler Swaney at tyler.swaney@crosscanyonengineering.com to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum. Bids must be properly signed, and any addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the bid assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only bids properly received will be accepted. All bids, whether delivered, mailed or emailed, must use the attached city Bid Form and adhere to all other instructions and specifications in this Invitation to bid. The city reserves the right to reject any bids that do not comply with the instructions outlined here. The City intends to award the bid within two-weeks of the bid deadline.
