The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for Deuel Street - Education Ave. to Acoma Ave. Civil Infrastructure Project Project Summary and Bid Document Information: This project generally consists of construction of a new local roadway, the installation o water and sanitary sewer mains, and other ancillary improvements to provide a connecting street from Education Avenue to Acoma Avenue east of the Fort Morgan Middle School. This street will also provide access for a future phase of residential development in the adjacent Bijou Subdivision. It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to check online regularly for any and all updates and additional documentation that may be posted. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted. The City's Procurement Policy is available for review in the Municipal Code, Chapter 4, Article 6, Procurement and Contract Program.
