Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Design plans call for site work for a municipal facility; pipeline; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of August 20, 2025, this project is in the design phase. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The City of Fort Morgan is seeking a proposal from an engineering/land planning firm with qualified and experienced civil engineers and land planners to provide infrastructure design and engineering for future development of an approximately 84-acre vacant property as depicted in the attachment provided as a part of this RFP. The I-76 Progress Park property was recently acquired for future development by the City of Fort Morgan. The City has plans to develop the property and sell individual parcels. The city needs assistance in the design and engineering of the property for the layout of for sale parcels, and to make utilities (electric, gas, sewer, water, and stormwater) and, a street network available and incorporated into the City's existing infrastructure. Barlow Road is located approximately 0.62 mile and East Platte Avenue (U.S. Highway 34) is located approximately 0.50 mile from the center of the property. East Riverview Avenue is adjacent to the southwest property boundary. Services for this project are anticipated to include the following: 1. Prepare site layout documents showing property boundaries, proposed lots, street and utility locations. 3. Confirm location of off-site-utilities that the utilities for the property need to connect or be incorporated into and provide a shapefile of this information. 4.
