Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As pf March 31, 2022 project was awarded to: Jess Backhoe Service LLC: Projects B & E $139,536.00 Darin Neb Excavating: Projects A, C & D $256,725.50.** The project generally consists of five (5) separate projects A-E involving replacement from ductile iron/sandcast and clay to PVC. All questions regarding this bid should go to Erik Sagel, Water Distribution Superintendent at (970) 542-3911. Questions must be in writing and can be e-mailed to erik.sagel@cityoffortmorgan.com. The cut-off date and time for questions is February 8, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of the prospective bidders to contact Erik Sagel to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum before and/or after the mandatory pre-bid meeting The awarded Contractor must provide a Performance and Payment Bond, in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the next acceptable Bid Price, with a corporate surety approved by the Owner, will be required for the faithful performance of the Contract; provided the Bid Price exceeds $10,000.00. The awarded Contractor must provide a two-year, 20% Maintenance Bond or Letter of Credit to cover defective workmanship as required for this project.
