Saving Project...

Site work for a road / highway in Canton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The project will involve erecting four gateway welcome signs which will be placed at various City entrance points/locations. The designs must include the foundation, brick base (including a built-in planter), a brick pedestal to support the sign, the sign mounting supports and the Canton sign itself. The selected firm will both design and serve as the general contractor for the project. In addition to designing and installing the four signs, the firm will provide landscape design drawings and construction estimates for the landscaping for the interchange off ramp at I-77 south bound to Tuscarawas St. The services needed under the contract are design services, preconstruction services, construction services, and/or construction oversight services. The selected firm will be required to have an engineer of record who will serve as the point person for the project. Responding firms will be evaluated and ranked pursuant to the requirements outlined in Ohio Revised Code Section 153. The City of Canton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed most beneficial to the City of Canton.
