A prior construction contract demolished the existing building to the extent indicated on the Contract Documents for this project. The work of this Contract will include, but not be limited to, Earthwork, Utilities, Landscape, other on-'site and off-site work, and construction of a new steel frame, three story school building of approximately 100,000 sf. The cost range is $50,000,000 to $52,000,000. This project includes federal funding through the E-Rate program which bidders will need to provide a valid 498 ID number within 30 days of the bid opening.
