The East Lake Joanna Water Quality Improvements project involves the installation of a baffle box with media filtration on an existing ditch which drains an approximately 1,100 acre area to Lake Joanna. Lake Joanna lies East of Lake Eustis and North of Highway 441 in Central Lake County. The baffle box installation will be just outside road right-of-way of East Lake Joanna Drive within a drainage easement. No physical field work is to begin on this project before October 1, 2021, pursuant to the St. Johns River Water Management District grant. The engineer's estimate for this project is $180,075
