Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lexington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
5% Bidders Bond is required. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the bid will be required. All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended. HVAC Unit Replacement for Lexington City Schools. All work to construct HVAC Unit Replacement for Lexington City, located in Lexington, Tennessee, as specified herein and shown on the accompanying drawings. The Work shall be constructed complete and ready for occupancy, except for the items specifically excluded in "Work Not In Contract". Incidental work Included (but not limited to) Verification of correct location of electrical receptacles to suit equipment arrangement. Verification of correct location of plumbing and HVAC services and condensate lines to suit equipment arrangement. Installation of conduit, outlet boxes with finished covers for equipment. Coordinate and perform any MPE relocations due to conflicts Sitework (including but not limited to) Traffic control and barricades to maintain traffic during construction
