Valid Certificate of Recognition (COR) or a valid Temporary Letter of Certification (TLC), or a Certificate of Recognition Equivalency Letter (COREL) for out of province Bidders Work shall include the supply and installation of a new bridge culvert over a St. Lina Creek, located 7.2 km north of the hamlet of St. Lina (SW 16-62-10-W4M). The Contractor shall install a 3.99 m diameter SPCSP culvert by 41.45 m invert length as per the Drawings and Section 18 of the Standard Specifications for Bridge Construction. The culvert will be located on square to the local road, centered at Station 5+549.000.
