The Town of Stony Plain (the "Town") is seeking qualified proponents (accredited service providers) to submit a formal proposal to provide contracted Municipal Safety Code Services in the Electric, Plumbing, Gas, and Private Sewer disciplines (the "Services") with the intent to enter into a Contract with the Town for the Services. Such Contract would include support for coverage of the Building discipline, which is intended to primarily remain "in-house", and would be paid on an hourly basis. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 3 years, with an option in favour of the Town to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two 3-year extensions.
