Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Oshawa, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and library.
Construction of a new community centre and library at the northeast corner of Thornton Road North and the future Britannia Avenue West extension, north of Conlin Road. The facility will include new branches for the OSCC55+ and Oshawa Public Library and other features. TIMELINE: Detailed design is underway. The scope of work is being refined. Working drawings may proceed spring/summer 2025. Capital funding has been allocated for design. Construction timelines have not yet been finalized.
