Site work, new construction, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Oshawa, Ontario. This Project is intended to develop the first of three phases of the Subject Site to provide new affordable and market rate rental housing. The Project will contribute to the transformation of this community, creating a safe, walkable, inclusive, environmentally sustainable, climate resilient, and desirable growing neighborhood. The Region is seeking a proponent to: - design, build, finance, operate and maintain buildings containing around 200 rental housing units on the Subject Site, through a long-term land lease with the Region.
