Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Oshawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; and for the construction of a one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
The scope of this project will include the following work: Request for Qualifications, Design Build / EPCM Contract for the addition of a new 10,000 MT steel grain silo truck unloading station and supporting infrastructure at the existing grain terminal in the Port of Oshawa Engineering design and construction of: - a 10,000 metric tonne streel grain bin and a permanent truck unloading station - Site works (excavation, grading, foundation, paving, electrical) - Foundation construction, including all necessary sub grade reinforcement for the proposed structure - Ramps, shelter and doors, conveyor and hopper, dust mitigation mechanical and electrical components.
