The City of Hidalgo reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the bid considered the best and most advantageous to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of 60 days without taking action thereon. Any bid received past the date and time will not be accepted. The City of Hidalgo does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, and handicapped status in employment or provision of service.
