The work The Work consists of approximately 1,097.00 square feet of interior renovations for four (4) staff restrooms in buildings A & C at the McAllen-Hidalgo International Bridge. Work will include demolishing existing walls, flooring, ceilings, and MEP fixtures in the existing restrooms and rebuilding the spaces to increase the number of plumbing fixtures. The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all Bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the Bid considered the best value to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of sixty calendar (60) days without taking action.
