Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Lincoln County reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time. The inside and outside package shall include the Contractor's License Number. The Contractor will commence the work required by the Contract Documents within 10 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Work will be fully complete within 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Should the Contractor fail to complete the work within the time stated above, the Contractor agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $750.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter until said work is fully complete.
