Bid security in the amount of 5% of Bid, to a maximum of $5,000 is required. Each Bidder must indicate the segments) of the contract that will be completed by the Bidder itself and which segments) by subcontractors. The Contract Number must be clearly market at the right-hand lower comer Cf the bid envelope. Any bids received later than the prescribed date and hour will be rejected The Mastics Moriches Shirley Community Library Board of Trustees' reserves the right to reject any or all Bids submitted in the best interests ofthe Owner and to waive any informality in any Bid and shall further make awards in any manner it deems advisable in the best interests ofthe Mastics Moriches Shirley Community Library. The successful Bidder shall be required to execute a formal contract with the Mastics Moriches Shirley Community Library. Each Bidder shall agree to hold its Bid price for forty-five (45) days after the formal Bid opening.
