Renovation of a library in Shirley, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 40,194-square-foot, one-story above grade library.
Provide all finished flooring per plans specifications and scope of work. Scope of work includes Vinyl Tile (LVT), Vinyl Enhanced Tile (VET), Carpet (CPT), Rubber Wall Base (RWB), Rubber Tile and Tread/Riser (RT), Luxury Vinyl Stair Treads (LVST), Solid Wood Flooring (WD), existing slab patching and self-leveling of ground floor slab on grade Complete renovation of the 45,000 sq ft Main Library building at 407 William Floyd Parkway, Shirley, NY 11967 The Bid Documents include this booklet and the items listed herein together with the project plans and specifications. The Mastics Moriches Shirley Community Library is exempt from sales tax for materials and labor as per NYS Sales Tax codes. With respect to Scope of work to be included in the Base and Alternate Bids, any conflicts between the information on the plans and specifications and the information in this Bidding Booklet, the information in this Bidding Booklet shall prevail.
