The City of Pasco (City), Washington, Department of Public Works - Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Engineering Division has issued the above request for qualifications (RFQ) for Design-Build Project Teams interested in providing Progressive Design-Build services for the Zone 3 Reservoir Storage Tank Project under the design build delivery method. Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing and directed to Brittany Whitfield at whitfieldb@pasco-wa.gov. no less than three working days prior to the time that submittals are due Projects funded wholly or in. part by Federal appropriations must comply with Code of Federal Regulations; 24 CFR 570.502. 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR 200.
