Renovation of a water / sewer project in Jamestown, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Government is issuing a solicitation for the Pipestem Outlet Works Watertight Door Rehab in Jamestown, North Dakota. The solicitation will close on 31 March 2022. The solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract from any DoD activity. Contractors may access the internet site at https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code is included in their proposal prior to submission of offer Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide repair services for USACE Pipestem Dam intake tower watertight door. The scope of this work is to replace the door panel assembly (in-kind, matching number of dogs and pressure rating of existing), hardware, and seal. The existing door frame shall have failed lead-based coating removed and door re-painted. Additional services are in the PWS (performance work statement) NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is NAICS 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electric) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business size standard of $8M.
