The Government is issuing a solicitation for the Pipestem Outlet Works Watertight Door Rehab in Jamestown, North Dakota. The solicitation will close on 31 March 2022. The scope of this work is to replace the door panel assembly (in-kind, matching number of dogs and pressure rating of existing), hardware, and seal. The existing door frame shall have failed lead-based coating removed and door re-painted. Additional services are in the PWS (performance work statement) NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is NAICS 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electric) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business size standard of $8M.
