The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A general description of the work to be done is contained in the INVITATION TO BID. The scope is indicated on the accompanying Supplemental Drawings and specified in applicable parts of these Contract Documents. Pursuant to Rogue Valley Sewer Services Resolution No. 76-5, OAR 137-049-0200, and ORS Chapter 279C.430, the Owner requires that persons desiring to bid shall submit a completed prequalification application. Application forms will be furnished by the Owner upon request. Such application must be current within six (6) months prior to the date received by the Owner and must be actually received by the Owner or postmarked no later than three (3) days prior to the bid opening date. Prequalification granted pursuant to the above shall be effective for a period not to exceed twenty-four (24) months. Prequalification applications shall be addressed to: Rogue Valley Sewer Services 138 West Vilas Road Central Point, OR 97502. Bidders who have pre-qualified with the Owner for this type of construction within the last twenty four (24) months will not be required to furnish further prequalification information for this project unless specifically required by the Manager. It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ascertain his/her prequalification status with the Owner.
