Site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Deephaven, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of approximately: 1 EACH REMOVE BRIDGE 1 EACH CONSTRUCT BRIDGE (80 SPAN) together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, and Responsible Contractor Certification. PLAN HOLDERS LIST, ADDENDUMS AND BID TABULATION: The plan holders list, addendums and bid tabulations will be available for download on-line. Any addendums may also be distributed by mail, fax, or email. OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. Each Remove Bridge 1 Each Construct Bridge (80 Span) The work will be substantially completed on or before November 19, 2021. The final completion date is 21 days after receiving the punch list.
